    Transfer issues after logout /login hot-desking.

    Hi,

    We encounter some transfer issues after logout /login hot-desk users.

    Hot-desk users are working with One-X Portal (1XP) via Call Assistant (CA).
    They logging out of their extension during lunch using a shortcode.
    PC stays on as well the CA. CA stays logged on. (?)
    After lunch they log on using a shortcode.

    After this handling we encounter transfer issues if using 1XP via CA.
    The transfer icons in 1XP are gray when making or receiving a call.

    Is this a correct procedure for Hot-desk users and the use of 1XP and CA?
