    One Way Speech Path

    Hello All,

    We have a scenario where we have 6-7 users logged into a topic in IPOCC. A call comes in and the ACD sends it to the queue, which of course sends it to the next available representative. The issue we're seeing is if that user is undertaking another task and doesn't pick up the call, it goes back to the ACD and goes to the next agent. When this happens they get what they refer to as 'the red circle of death' while it's being redirected and when they try and answer, they can hear the caller but the caller can't hear them. Any ideas?

    *Edit* I'm sorry I forgot to include system info: We have a primary and Secondary server, both running 9.1.4.0 build 137, and IPOCC version 9.1.0.2212.
