BCM50 Rel 3 to Rel 6 necessary ?

Had a customer with 16 BCM50s ask me if he needed to upgrade to Rel 6? So what do I tell him and how do I document the answer (ie does AVAYA have a cpmparison sheet?).
Where do I find upgrade price and part numbers?
