I have CM 5.0 with very old TDM callmaster III telephones in our call center. I have one user who sits in AUX for most of the day and occasionally makes outbound calls. Her phone sits idle for quite a while in between calls. The mystery is that the buttons on her phone will turn off like the phone is dead and she has to press the 'normal' button to get the lights to come back. We have swapped ports, phones, cables. I have re-imaged her pc to remove all instances of CTI. Avaya MST trace did not find anything. Any ideas? thx!
