We are running IP softphone in road warrior mode for some home workers on CM2 and IP softphone 5, with Plantronics C620 headsets, the volume is fine most of the time however, we periodically experience low audio volume on the softphone, even though the caller at the far end has no problem. This low volume problem is the same through the PC speakers and the headset.
I've checked (and rechecked) softphone, windows, and plantronics settings but everything is fine. The headset volume is also fine when i play audio on the PC, (ie, music or utube) Any idea's please?
