We currently have a 5410 phone of which the bottom half of the LCD screen is missing. The top half of the screen is all ok showing the items against the buttons, but the Name, Ext number date/time etc are missing. Can anyone please help me with how to get this back. Our system is an Avaya IP 406 unit.
