We have the above set-up and have recently purchased a EU24BL 24 button expansion model. The device has power, is connected to the 5621 phone and the buttons respond to being pushed with a short beep. So I am confident the device is connected successfully.
The problem is I cannot find how to label the buttons and assign extensions to them. In IP office I find no options relating to an EU24BL and the button programming screen doesn't show anything regarding which buttons are for the EU24BL.
If I program button 25 to something it doesn't show up as the first available button on the EU24BL. Also some buttons have things preassigned which I cannot find how to change.
Does anyone have experience with one of these? Do I need to register it in IP office somehow? How do I assign functions to the buttons?
