Customer has a CM R3.1 in a call center environment with 8434DX DCP sets w/o expansion modules and using bridged appearances for their agents extensions.
Experiencing consistent issue when replacing sets, on some of the replacement phones (different revs and mfg dates) the caller ID of an incoming call does not display. The caller id appears for ~250ms and then you see the letter of the button and the word "info", i.e. h=info.
All the other 8434's in the call group display properly. Phones have been moved from port to porton same and different boards and the issue follows the device.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and is it related to Mfg of the devices, chip set or firmware on sets and/or DCP packs.
