    Avaya 1403 Issues

    Hi,

    I'm having some issues with a Avaya 1403. However I think this may be user related but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiances.

    The main issue is the phone will begin to work as if the power has been reduced, so the ringing will be distorted and weak, you can barely hear the other end and they can't hear you.

    A solution at the moment is pulling the cable out and in then it will be fine until next time.

    The reason I think it's user related is because I've swapped the phone, cable, position on the switch, updated the IP 500 info and switched network port... and it still happens.

    Anyone else had this issue with this phone? Possible over-worked?
