Avaya 5610 Volume won't go all the way down ?

    Avaya 5610 Volume won't go all the way down ?

    I have a User that want's to turn the volume on her phone all the way down so you cant hear the incoming call.
    She doesn't want to use DND for several reasons.
    I have cleared/reset the phone and even swapped it out with another 5610 and it still does the same thing. It only allows you to go all the way down to 1 bar only. You can still hear the ringer...
    I have checked and found several other 5610's that we have do go all the way down preventing you from hearing the incoming call from ringing. The Light flashes along with the screen flashing I'm pretty sure.
    Would anyone have any idea what could be causing this ?
    Is there some kind of setting or configuration that needs to be done in IP Office Manager ?
    Ok how about disabling the ringer ? Is there a short code for disabling the ringer that could be used as a button program?
