We have a site with IP 1210 phones on Unistim and have observed that working phones have got into a automatic firmware upgrade process and are stuck
Firmware on server and phone is the same and upgrade was not initiated.
Failure rate also seems to be about 10% in just about 15 months,Can't locate information about failures in the spares planning document for 12xx Model.
Has anyone experienced something similar and are aware of some fix ?
