We have a remote user with an Avaya 9608 VPN phone that is getting a "2011: No Signaling" error. We know that that the error is on the SOHO router, but we need to understand what exactly is causing this. IS it a closed PORT? Does anyone know?
This is the only user in our environment that is experiencing this issue.
