Hi,
We are switching from Nortel to Avaya in the next few weeks. We are replacing a large number of 1120/1140 phones with 9608s, but have to keep a lot of 1120Es for classrooms. We have setup a couple 1120E's as SIP lines in IP Office and selected the correct phone in the extension device type. In the Button Programming we have lines setup on buttons 2,3,6&7, but only one line is showing on the phone on fourth button (on the 1120E manual, it's Feature Key Line 1 (Reserved)). Are these phones capable of having two lines? If so, how is it programmed in IP Office?
Thanks,
Dan
