    AAC 8.0 no dial out

    Hello Everyone.

I need assistance with Avaya Aura Conferencing 8.0 FP3 P6 Turnkey: dial out from conference does not work. When i try to add a participant from Collaboration Agent or phone always got "Not Available". As I see AAC does not send INVITE message. Do I have to do something else then fill in Dialing Rules/Translations to make this feature work?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing your query.
For dial out to work on AAC, You must configure the dialing rules as defined on the CM.
user must be part of class of service that allows dial out.

If dial out is enabled for the conference, the moderator can make a dial out call regardless of where the moderator is when joining the conference, for example, at the hosting location or at a cascaded location. The dial out call must be made from the hosting Avaya Aura Media Server regardless of which Avaya Aura Media Server the moderator is connected to. The called party joins the conference at that Avaya Aura Media Server regardless of the called party’s location. Therefore, media cascading does not apply to conference dial out calls.

Any further issues on dial out , please raise a Service request from Support site , we will be happy to help you.
Thank you and have a great day!

    Regards
    Ankita

I would like to recommend essay writers australia to help you with essay writing and any other writing work. Qualified writers will do it for you on time and without plagiarism (which is very important). I only turn to them when I don't have enough time to write an essay.
      Thanks a lot for help!
