    Redial from call log configuration (call button)

    Hi, when we changed over our SIP carrier it seems our use of the "Call" button via the navigation ...

    log/missed (or in ans or outgo)/select specific call record /call button

    ...now causes the dial function to dial 9+011+1+10digitnum

    Not sure how we control that or how this talks to our configuration, but that dial pattern does not work for us right now.

    Can someone help guide me to where this would be configured, if possible? We have an Avaya 5610 using Avaya IP Office R5 Manager (IP Office 500 Version 5.0).

    Did my question make sense? Was hoping there was someone familiar w/ how the redial buttons work as it relates to Manager configuration.
