Changing Management IP/VLAN remotely

Hopefully not a dumb question...

I'm migrating all of my 150 switches to a new management VLAN. How do I do it remotely?

Both the IP address and MGMT VLAN need to be changed at the same time, or you lock yourself out... so I hope I don't need to visit every switch and console in?
