Attendant programming help needed for MAS

Hello all,

I can't find documentation that tells me how the attendant can be programmed in the MAS for call transfers back to the pbx when the attendant says, "if you know your party's extension you may dial it now".

Someone else programmed this machine a long time ago and I have never touched it before. I am trying to figure out why when no matter which extension I enter while listening to the attendant announcement, the call always transfers to the security guard desk phone.
