Hello All,
We have quite complex setup to explain here but any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are using SIP equinox windows clients latest version 3.3xx and ACM,ASM and SMGR latest R7.1.
We have setup 2 locations A and B.
and have setup 2 separate CM-SM trunks, one for Intra-location off-pbx calls and second for Inter-location off-pbx calls. there are other config to achieve this
like UPD first, and location based dial plan to route intra and inter-location extensions on different trunks etc
and blocked Inter-Location trunk with PSTN trunks of each location using tenants.
End result should be location A user on PSTN call should never patch(transfer/conference/forward) to location B user and vice versa.
Now, when location A user is on PSTN call, he cannot take location B user to conference (tenant working as expected).
but on same call, location A user can transfer this PSTN call to location B user even when tenant is in place and working fine in case of conference
Can anyone suggest if I am missing any configurations here
