    Issues Dialing extension across SCN

    I have two IP offices connected VIA SCN line. IP Office 1 has extension 161 and IP Office has extension 611. Extension 611 cannot dial extension 161 on the remote IP office. I can forward a call to the extension from IP office 2 to IP office 1 and it will connect no issues. All other users on IP Office can call the number.

    I have deleted the extensions and users on both sides. The systems are running IP Office 2, 10.1.0.2.0 and IP Office 1, 10.0.0.3.0. Extension 161 is a phantom user being forwarded out. I have traced the call in SSA and in Monitor. Both show the called digits correct. The call dials then says it cannot be completed.

    Looking for any insight. The purposed fix I have currently is to upgrade IP Office 1 to the same version as IP Office 2.
