We are migrating from CS1000 to Avaya Aura and are trying to get an idea of the daily/weekly/monthly/etc tasks that would need to be done on CM. For example, backups, building phones, disabling phones, enabling phones ,etc are all tasks we currently do on the CS1000. I was wondering if someone had or could point me to a document that might list high level tasks that would need to be performed by specific skillsets. I haven't been able to find anything on the net or on Avaya's website so this most likely be something someone may have developed over time. Any help would be appreciated. We're trying to align our support folks to the work that will need to be done. Can't really make any assumptions on the Aura CM as I've not had any expereince working on this system (yet) :-)
