    Answering call on hold

I just installed a Polycom Soundstation 2 console in our conference room. My question is this:
When we get a call on any one of our desk phones and want to transfer it to our conference room we can't get it to pick up the line. With the desk phone we put the call on hold and then go to any other desk phone, pick up, then press the button for the line that is on hold.
The Soundstation 2 (recommended to us by our Avaya Service rep) does not have multiple line buttons on it so therefore no way to select an on hold line to pick up. There is no indicator at all that any line is even on hold unless the call is placed on hold by the conference station.
Does anyone know if there is a way to pick up a line on the conference that is put on hold by one of the desk phones?

It's going to depend on what phone system you're using. The Polycom is an analog telephone, and there will need to be a code for you to dial to pick up the call. On a Partner system, it will be 68 and the line number. On a Magix, it will be #9 and the extension number of the phone that placed the call on hold. On an IP Office, you will need to PARK the call from the desk phone, and UNPARKed from the Polycom.

Tell us what you've got, and someone can give you an answer
