strange problem w/9611G VPN phone
 
We've got a 9611G station setup and working as a VPN phone, connected to our CM successfully, can make a station-to-station call, we have the various buttons for ACD features (login/out, ACW, etc.) configured on the station in CM and see then on the set when its registered, but when we try to login as and ACD agent all we get is error tone when we enter the agent login extension. the list trace command shows 'Agent login invalid/error' but it's a good agent id that we can login to any other phone in the building. Anyone ever run into this before??

Busy out/release station that user's agent login ID is logged onto. This will log the agent off of the extension and now allow the agent to log back into the system on another available extension.

Agent login problem...
 
You should "list agents staffed" to see if the agent ID is still logged on elsewhere ..or never logged off from prior use ...also try removing the passwords if you have any programmed in the agent setup. Use just an agent login ID only ...also be sure to check CMS Supervisor if you use it to see if there are changed stats different from your CM agent setup...
