SIP Trunk Staying OOS after outage
We are using IP Office 11.0 SP4 with a SIP trunk. It works well when Internet is up. If Internet goes down and comes back up, trunk still stays offline.

On SIP line, Check OOS is on, Keepalives scope is RTP under System-LAN1-VOIP (we have also tried RTP-RTCP)

We have other customers that are on v9 or 10 with same SIP trunk provider and never had issues with Internet connection dropping and coming back up. With this customer, we have to reboot the IP Office to get it back on with the trunk.

Any suggestions?
