Denial event #1238 when configuring dial plan transparency
 
Hello,

I'm getting denial event when i'm try to call through the extensions using Dial Plan Transparency.

"denial event 1238: Invalid IGAR ID dgts/tmo"

My configuration is next:

Enable Inter-Gateway Alternate Routing? n
Enable Dial Plan Transparency in Survivable Mode? y
COR to Use for DPT: station

NR1:

INTER-GATEWAY ALTERNATE ROUTING / DIAL PLAN TRANSPARENCY
Incoming LDN Extension: 3800001
Conversion To Full Public Number - Delete: 7 Insert: 0444907879
Maximum Number of Trunks to Use for IGAR:
Dial Plan Transparency in Survivable Mode? y

NR2:

INTER-GATEWAY ALTERNATE ROUTING / DIAL PLAN TRANSPARENCY
Incoming LDN Extension: 3830019
Conversion To Full Public Number - Delete: 7 Insert: 0536797644
Maximum Number of Trunks to Use for IGAR:
Dial Plan Transparency in Survivable Mode? y

When I'm trying to call from NR1 to NR2 through extension 3837644, DPT converts this number to 0536797644 and digits are going to trunk and user receiving the call in NR2, but then after 2-3 seconds I'm disconnected and receiving "denial event 1238: Invalid IGAR ID dgts/tmo".

Please, help to solve this issue. Why IGAR works when I disabled this function in sys fea?

Please also post CM release and service pack on it.
There could b multiple reason why DPT is failing with IGAR. There has been Combo patches before CM release 5.2.1.
But we would have to check the list trace and run debug MST to confirm the issue.
I would better suggest to raise an SR.
