Reports users limitation
 
Hi,
hope someone cal help - I am far from being a CMS supervisor expert!
one of my users is trying to run a report, or rather has been, but informs me that for the last few years he has had to run it 16 time to get the full report.
He is trying to run a Historical, Designer for all agents (around 600), by split/skill, by interval and staffed time, I_ACWTIME and AC. The report will only all 50 users at a time. Surely, there must be a way to run this report without this limitation? Is it a system limitation or could it be a specific report limitation? or eve a CMS supervisor user limitation. I am stumped!
