Hello,

Is the IPOCC dialer can make IVR based outgoing campaign?
I mean the dialer got a list os numbers, start dialing out based on the campaign settings, and when a customer answer the call, the IPOCC start an IVR script which act as an AutoAgent.

Our customer needs some kind of survey solution runs on IPOCC.

in the IPOCC ISO is an example how to do this (e.g. in subfolder Examples\Taskflow\dialer_automaticInfo(agentless) or Examples\Taskflow\dialer_blacklist_or_agent_select ion

Yes I have check this, however I did not understand why need an AgnetGroup in the call flow if the IVR will handle the call.
It seems this is normal and logic behavior of dialer, because the dialer need to know how many calls may be generated.

One more question:
I have experienced if the "OD_PERS_Note" is not assigned, However the call is answered, the dieler match as "canceled by caller" or simething similar.
Those it mean if the OD_PERS_Note is updated, than the job will closed?
