VoIP Monitoring

I have a question about voip quality monitoring. I have found application like Prognosis and based on a description it looks that it can fit our needs, but would like to ask few questions:
a) has anyone been using it, what are yours experiance with that app
b) is it true that Prognosis can monitor quality of whole ip network. Based on a description and documents i can see that it will just gather info from ACM and ip hardphones and ip sofphones. Even i will see that endpoint A has a quality problem i will not have info which intermediate device cause the issue :}
c) is there any app that u can advice for monitoring voip quality all over the whole network - is there any tool that we can use?

Monitoring Solution

Yes Prognosis can deliver what you are requesting...it is free of charge for a max. of 250 phones (you request license from their webpage)

However to get all the bells and whistles you need to pay up on per module basis.My previous interaction with prognosis was it didn`t have that perfect layout as you would expect..and a couple of short comings on my view...

From my 12 years on Avaya Solutions....Nectar goes above and beyond what these tools stand for and the ease of use and install just compliments the solution..Also the detail of Nectar is exceptionally high.

My recomendation for requirements more than 250 phones or a in depth requirement...GO NECTAR
