POM outbound calls in CMS reports?
 
Are outbound calls made by agents via Proactive Outreach Manager reflected in any of the CMS reports?

Since POM uses nailer calls for the entire dialing duration it will not track the outbound calls. It will show a single "Extn In Call". You'll have to pull this data from POM reports.
