Abandoned calls
 
Is there a counter available that will show where a call was abandoned? Can the system report on whether the call was abandoned in the IVR, or at the agent, etc..

How can i get the Abandoned calls in queue and abandoned calls at ringing agent in real time Reporting?

There is no differenciation between abandoned in queue or in ringing state in real time reporting available . Only for historic reporting
