Cannot open email attachments
This is happening to some users but not all. At least for one user the problem went away on its own. When trying to open an attachment in an email the user gets filename "could not be created in a temporary folder." Running product ver 9.1.9

Check the user rights of the temp folder
All attachments will be saved in the folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\CIE\UMRClient Ctrl

Please check the user rights.

The files will be deleted when the Agent ends the UI.
