No connection to reporting generator server!
When a supervisor is generating a report, occasionally the above message will appear followed shortly by 'Re-Established connection to reporting generator server.'

Has anyone else seen this?
Is it a known issue/bug?

in case of high load on the server or poor network connection between IPOCC server and client it can happen, the the response from server takes to long time and the UI shows the "no connection .." message. When respose form server arrived, reestablished message is displayed.

is there any way of extending the timer before it responds with no connection?

I'm getting this at a couple of sites now. Is there a way to clear it by restarting a service or anything?

Is IPO Manager installed on the server that's having problems? Removing it just fixed ours.
Think it's a Java problem and Manager installs the wrong version of Java
