Hello Team,

Please help with the query mentioned below:

One of our BP had queries for a system running on IPOCC 9.1.6 :

“How many simultaneous campaign can be run using preview dialer ? Specify the data processing capacity of each campaign and also simultaneously? When the BP says data processing it means “ numbers to be dialed by dialer in one single campaign list and number of fields (columns)”
Can all 10 dialer campaign would run at the same time for different process?
Can we run 10 campaign simultaneously with different dialer options?
Can we run multiple campaign with preview dialing in IPOCC distributed architecture?” “AVAYA server edition with IPOCC (AVAYA telephony server and IPOCC server at central location and IP office500v2 gateways in distributed location with local agents and local) “

you can run several preview campaigns in parallel, 10 campaigns with different configuration should work
