Hi All,

Whether the Avaya OneX portal can create at different server?

Customer have Voicemail, Onx Portal & Contact store, in one Windows server (10.0.2.3), happen the OneX portal is not working.

I reinstall OneX portal to another Server, Linux Server (10.0.2.14), whether can OneX portal work on this way? i can see all IPO user in the OneX portal, this OneX Portal totally up, but when I use the Power User name/password in mobile phone,
is always show the Error,

"Could not connect to Server, please double check your settings".


whether OneX portal only work together with Voicemail server? or need to install at 10.0.2.3?

Need your Help.

There is no 10.0 release of IP Office!

Hi

Sorry, the 10.0.2.3 is IP Address, not IPO version.
IPO version is 9.0.4. One X also 9.0.4.

Then your mobile app ends up on the wrong server. Disable the windows one-x server to start with and make sure the one-x mobile app connect to the linux server.
