Jabra PRO 9400 vs Avaya 9608 / 9611
Anyone experience with using Avaya and Jabra PRO 9400, and somehow get ringing in headset without have to use the mic placed on the phone ?

You need:
- latest software on the 9608/9611. - a Jabra LINK 14201-33 EHS adapter - configure the basestation with EHS setting DHSG - configure the phone with Headset Signaling = Switchhook and Alert - if using SIP software, then set Headset Profile = 6. |
