Call Block Extension to Extension
Hello Everyone.

I want to put restriction on some of the extension for example, I have a extension of a boss 501 but I donít want someone dial directly to him the calls have to go through secretary to extension 505. How can I complete this task in IPO.

With DND exception list
You activated the DND for the Boss and you add his receptionist in the exception table. All are not in this exception list will be transferred to his mailbox. If you want to redirect call to receptionist you could add a leave in the voicemail pro for his mailbox
