Update AACC 6.2 SP5 to AACC6.4
Hi all,

A Customer has an AACC Solution AACC 6.2 SP5 SIP with Voice and MM and MAS/ AMS (Element Manager etc..) in separate server, both windows server, and they ask for upgrade.

Does anybody have done an upgrade of AACC??? i hope you can help me with the basic steps to do that...some questions...

I have been reading all the documents regarding AACC upgrades and the Release note and i have some questions, i hope you can help me.

1) Which is the most stable version of AACC 6.4? SP12 or SP13?
2) which is the procedure to back up in case of rollback?

3) Could you confirm me the steps?

1) Download Doc library of AACC 6.4 SP12/13 and SP and Patches of this version and old version(in case i have to rollback and VM Snapshots doen't work)
2)Stop all aacc services.
3) Backup AACC database and MAS database // shutdown servers and make a snapshot the AACC VM and AMS VM
4) Remove SP Patches and Hot Fixes of actual version and reboot (is there any sequence to do that?)
5)Upgrade third party using upgrade utility (reboot?, need to install windows updates?)
6) install new SP and patches and reboot (is there any sequence to do that?))

1) Backup MAS database using element manager web administration and /or snapshot of VM .
2) upgrade from AMS patches from 7.0 to version 7.5 and then from version 7.5 to version 7.6. (where i can find the steps to do this?)

Should I Upgrade also all the Agents Desktops???
