IPOCC Agent History
 
Hi Guys,
Greetings ... !!

I am facing the issue regarding agent history in UI. sometimes suddenly tab stop updating history of contacts and agent have to logout and login again to get it work.

Any idea's ?
i even upgrade the IPOCC from 10.0 to 10.1. thought it might software bug but still same.
