Good Morning,

I apologise if I have posted this in the wrong section but I would like to get a bit of advise on a project I would like to do.

We currently run a Avaya IP403 phone system against a Windows XP box that runs the Phone manager software. This PC has a parallel card which has a red parallel license dongle attached.

The versions of software we are running are as follows:-

IP Office Manager V 5.0

I have converted the machine to a hyperv VM and running it on a Windows 2012 server, I am also using a USB to parallel adaptor with the dongle attached.

To get the adaptor seen in the VM I am using software named USB Redirector Client.

I see that Avaya feature Key needs to be able to see the USB device but not sure how to configure this to do so as the software currently shows as white with a red X.

Has anyone else attempted converting their phone manager PC's running parallel dongles to VM's?

I would be greatful to any help or advice given :)
