merge the Voicemail pro,
Hi All,

I need help on the voicemail pro.

My customer want to migrate the voicemail pro to another Windows server,
I have some question:

1) whether need the same version of voicemail pro?
2) whether the user greeting still in the voicemail pro after migration? (Imported the save files)

The version of Voicemail Pro should match the version of the IP Office system. Beyond that it doesn't have to be the same VMPro, get the latest build you can. So if you IP Office is 9.0 get the latest 9.0 VMPro.

As long as you move the right folders everything in the mailboxes (including names and greetings) should work just fine on the new system. The best way is to use the backup & restore settings within the VMPro client to create a full backup and then restore that onto the new server.

Thanks, I have installed the newer version, I just copy all the VM to new voicemail pro,
VM, all is working.
