B109 Buttons don't work in Teams/Zoom (Win10)
 
I can't seem to get the Mute, Call End and Call Answer buttons to work on the B109. The only one that even shows a response is the "Mute" which illuminates an icon on the B109 itself but nothing else appears to happen.


Is there some configuration required on the PC for this to work?
