Contact Detail Report field
 
Hello evryone
I am looking for information of the fields in "Contact Detail Reports", specifically:
- number of customer records
- number of customer connections

I found an old guide where there are not these fields.

- number of customer records: Displays the number of customer records that were matched with the caller using the customer configuration.

- number of customer records: Displays the number of connecting legs, which have an established connection with the customer.

You can find them in Doc Library>Windows UI documents>AvayaCCMain_en.pdf

Thanks for the info but the link doesnt work.

What could mean "using the customer confgiuration"?

Many thanks, I found the document for my release ipocc 9.1 in my case the field says:
Number of customer records: Displays the number of customer records.

In customer configuration I have nothing, and majority of customers have this field in the report in "1" but a few 2 or 3 and I have no idea what is the difference, I thought that was because the customer called 2 or 3 times in that day but it didnt
