sip users registered on SM R7.1 with CM end point to take its resources at outgoing calls ,, it already do outside call but not appear at list registered ip-stations and when make a command status sta xxx it appear not connected , parameter downloaded pending as shown at attach, what else can do what is a trick in that case :confused:

you do this via system manager under session manager>system status>user registrations

yes, theses phones does not register on CM , so there is no way to know if its up or not via CM unless you run trace and start making call.

you need to verify SIP registration from SMGR .
