Incoming caller ID
For some reason none of our 9630G phones display an incoming caller ID. When looking at active calls in the IP Office System Status, we can clearly see the caller id (name and number) but it just does not show up on the phones.
I've tried playing with different settings to no avail. Is there some setting I'm overlooking?

Thinking it may have been due to older firmware on our phones, I upgraded the firmware to 3.1.5 as it the last ones that are supported on IP Office R6. Now the phones don't even connect to the call server. They are also incredibly glitchy. When I press the menu button, half the time the menu does not show up. The other half it shows up for a second and then disappears.

Our old 4602SW+ phones worked like a charm. Am I missing some configuration on the 9630s that cause these issues?
