I have a WLAN 8100 running sw 3.0.0.076. I am manually selecting the channel and power settings. On some Access points i have configured on 2.4Ghz radio channel 1 but when monitored find that channel 2 is being used. Is there a reason for this ?

Found this in release notes for rel 2.1.1
wi01039137 - Some APs may pick channel 2 instead of channel 1 due to a known issue. A corresponding log message is generated.
Any idea if this was fixed ?
