What happened to the support search?

Unless this affeccts only me, the support serach is different now, and the quality and the accuracy are far below what it used to be.
is this just a transition or permenant?

How does CM choose which SIP trunk member get used?

Customer is using a SIP dialer, and has a single SIG group and two trunk groups. How does CM decide which trunk group routes the call?

Trunks groups don't match the SIP domain, the SIG group...

Missing diversion header on Blind transfer

I am missing the diversion header on a blind transfer, therefore Qwest (SIP) is denying the call.
There is no problem on a coverage remote call, only on blind transfer. Or course a warm transfer...
