We have a similer setup with some of our agents. The problems your experianceing sound like what we went through when we set up the remote contact center and had to have the agents use Soft Phones....

Also check if the VAL was uploaded to make sure the format is correct it has to be MONO and either U-law or A-law wav file 8000 sample rate.

Question POM with AACC

Has anyone else intagrated AEP/POM with AACC? I am working on scripting some outbound campaigns and want to know if anyone has used the AMS for storing the recordings?
