IPOCC - Question about announcement

When I mark the topic "40211" it routes the call to the flow which has an announcement of 20 seconds and then the call goes to the agent....

Is there a way to disable the spanning tree on Avaya switch 3500 series?
I have some 3549GTS-PWR+
I couldn't find this command.
