CM --> ASM --> CM, calls not transferred to dialed extension

    ASM 7.0
    CM 7.0
    AAM 7.0 (single server)

calls are not transferring to dialed mailbox, caller is getting please enter mailbox # message.

Ext 3001 has VM --> cov path --> 1 --> h99 (AAM), AAM is not recognizing the dialed number 3001

EXt 3001 calls itself then system recognize it.

VM H99 (x2500) is already in priv, pub, UDB and AAR table as per the DOC

I had this similar issue in 6.3 but cannot remember how to fix it ?

Is the trunk group for AAM set to private unknown or Public? I've always set mine to private and then added the entries to this table. Check that first. If that doesn't resolve it then I'll need further info on the configuration between AAM and Session and CM and Session.

If you are using session manger as the SIP link or connection unlike CMM using direct SIP I believe you can run the traceSM and see what is going on in the session manager when the call forwards or you call vm.

Let me know if that works or not.

Also check the numbering format on the route pattern used for messaging.
