mass enable enbloc dialing

does anyone know of a way to enable ENBLOC dialing on all phones at once?

It does not seem to be a setting within 46xxsettings file
I do see that the settings exists in the csv of the config per individual but I am not a fan of raw editing the config as the potential for pain is too high on an active system.


using IP office server edition, R 11 , and J1xx phones...
