I have a partner phone system and maintenance agreement with Avaya. I been trying to get through to customer service but long delays. Each time I am told over thirty (30) minutes and then given the support web site. Okay, I did my registration and tried to schedule service or contact a real person. When I go to the link to insert my sold to number, nothing happens. I am not sure what good this link is if I can not insert my information. I need help!
